Alexander County Woman Arrested By Conover Police

Amber Dawn Shook, age 30 of Hiddenite, was arrested on Friday by the Conover Police Department. She is charged with larceny and second-degree trespass. Shook is being held without bond in the Catawba County Detention Center. A Monday court appearance is scheduled.

Shook has previous charges pending in Alexander County that include larceny, probation violation and school attendance violation. She is already serving a 12 month suspended sentence for school attendance violation.
