Alexander County Teen Charged With Assault

Alexander County Deputies arrested a Taylorsville teen Sunday evening following report of a domestic assault that took place at a residence off Shorty Miller Road in the Wittenburg Community. A male subject suffered a knife wound to his arm. The male was taken to an area hospital for treatment of the non life-threatening injury.

18-year old Faith Cheyenne Hedrick is charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to inflict serious injury, crime of domestic violence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hedrick was confined in the Alexander County Detention Center with bond set at $25,000.
