Alexander County Sheriff’s Office Makes Another Arrest For Breaking And Entering Incidents

The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office has made a second arrest in connection to a series of breaking and entering incidents in the Ellendale Community.

As a result of the ongoing investigation, Deputies arrested Dustin Will Watson, age 34 of Taylorsville, on July 7.

Watson has been charged with the following offenses:

Four counts of felony breaking and entering
Two counts of larceny after breaking and entering
One count of larceny of a motor vehicle
One count of injury to personal property

Watson is currently being held in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond. His first appearance in Alexander County District Court is scheduled for July 14.

Watson’s arrest follows the previously reported charges filed against 54-year old Charles Vincent Packer. Packer remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with bond set for $120,000.
