Alexander County Schools will operate with a remote instructional day tomorrow due to forecasted weather conditions. This means students and staff will not report to the school buildings but will work remotely from home. Classified staff who are unable to work remotely will be given other options as directed by their supervisors. Should the anticipated weather conditions include an icy mix that causes power outages, students will have the opportunity to complete and turn in any assignments within one week.
