Due to icy conditions, Alexander County Government offices will be closed on Thursday, February 18. The landfill will open at 10:00 a.m.
On Friday, staff will assess road conditions to determine if there will be a delay. As of now, the landfill and convenience sites will operate on a regular schedule on Friday.
