Alexander County Officers Nab Statesville Woman

Probation and Parole Officers in Alexander County arrested a Statesville woman on Tuesday, August 13th. Amanda May Call, age 31, was charged with probation violations. As of earlier today, Call remains in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $20,000. An August 26th date is scheduled in District Court.

Call also has charges pending in Alexander County that include felony abduction of children and assault on a child under the age of 12.
