Alexander County Narcotics Officers Make Two Arrests

As the result of an ongoing investigation, Alexander County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Officers and Deputies served a warrant at an address on Ellendale Fire Department Road on Monday evening.

James Joshua Noble, age 41, lived at the residence and was taken into custody. He’s charged with felony trafficking methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver controlled substance, felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Alexander County Detention Center where he remains under a secured bond of $150,000.

Abraham Bailey Carswell, age 25 of Taylorsville, is charged with felony trafficking methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in the County Jail with bond set at $100,000.
