51-year-old Timothy James Ferguson of Taylorsville was arrested Saturday, March 5th by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of breaking and entering an automobile and attempted larceny of a motor vehicle. Ferguson was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $5,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled Monday.
