Alexander County Man Facing Long List Of Charges

The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year old Charles Lee Williams of Stony Point on Monday and served him with a pair of failure to appear warrants. The original charges that Williams failed to appear for include possession of schedule III controlled substance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is no longer listed in custody.

Williams has a string of charges pending in Alexander County that include felony probation violation, felony possession of a firearm by a felon, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and felony larceny of a firearm. Pending charges in Iredell County include felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling or place for controlled substance.
