37-year old Brandon Cadelt Clouse of Taylorsville was arrested Monday evening by Hickory Police. Clouse was charged with felony possession of heroin, felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule III controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $11,500 was set and as of this morning Clouse remained in the Catawba County Detention Center.
