Catawba County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested a Taylorsville man this morning. 45-years-old Adam Joseph Smart was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a domestic violence protection order. He is being held without bond in the Catawba County Jail and is scheduled to make a Newton court appearance today.
