A Taylorsville man was arrested this morning and charged with possession of methamphetamine. 40 year old Roger Dale Wyatt was taken into custody by Hickory Police. Wyatt was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $7,000. Wyatt is scheduled to make a court appearance in Newton on Friday, November 9th.
