On Monday, 32-year old William Deion Ervin of Salisbury, was sentenced to prison in Alexander County District Court. Ervin will serve a total of 32 months on a charge of driving while impaired and multiple driving while license revoked offenses. He remains in the the Alexander County Detention Center awaiting transfer to the NC Department of Corrections.
