Michael Wayne Ballard
He was charged with a felony violation of his pretrial release and felony probation violation. Ballard has multiple pending charges of felony breaking and entering. Ballard also has 2021 and 2022 charges of felony larceny and felony probation awaiting trial in in Alexander County. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on February 22nd in Taylorsville.
As of earlier today, Ballard remains in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $120,000.
