Alexander County Man Facing Felony Charges

Davion Domonic Peterson, age 29 of Taylorsville, has been arrested by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with two counts of felony possession with intent to manufature/ sell or deliver schedule II controlled substance and felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. Peterson is no longer listed as an inmate in the Iredell County Detention Center.

Previous charges still pending in Iredell County include felony burglary and felony larceny after breaking and entering. In Forsyth County, Peterson is awaiting trial for felony probation violation.
