Alexander County Drug Arrests Made In Stony Point

Three suspects are facing felony drug charges following an investigation by Alexander County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators.

On Tuesday Deputies went to a location in Stony Point and made three arrests.

49-year of Tricia Diane Warren of Taylorsville is charged with felony trafficking methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling or place for controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $60,000.

Tracy Lynn Kilpatrick, age 44 of Stony Point is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She’s being held without bond in the County Jail.

Kilpatick has a previous charge pending in Alexander County for felony probation violation.

William Cody Blevins, age 29 of Stony Point is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling or place for controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Blevins is being held without bond.

Blevins has a number of felony and misdemeanor drug charges pending in Davie County .

All three suspects are scheduled for Alexander County District Court on Monday, August 19th.
