Aaron Thomas Annas
35-year-old Aaron Thomas Annas was taken into custody on Monday by Alexander County Deputies. An investigation revealed that Annas was taking items from the Bethlehem Ace Hardware. He was allegedly parking at a location near the store and taking items to his vehicle and returning to the business. A number of items were recovered. Annas is charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering, felony possession of burglary tools and first-degree trespass. The suspect is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center.
Annas has a previous felony larceny charge pending in Catawba County and a misdemeanor larceny charge awaiting trial in Burke County. He awaits trial on a previous felony possession of methamphetamine offense in Caldwell County.
