Around 10:30 pm on Tuesday, April 28th, Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested William Herbert Pennell III, age 55, Lodge Hall CT, Stony Point. He’s charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine. Pennell is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center.
