James Roger Morton III
55-year old Kenneth Alan Korte of Hiddenite and 33-year old James Roger Morton III of Taylorsville were charged with aid and abetting and obstructing and delaying officers. Both were placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under secured bonds of $5,000 each. Korte was released later Sunday morning. As of earlier today, Morton remained in custody under a secured bond of $5,000.
