Robert Allen Goins, age 30 of Taylorsville, was arrested Monday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with misdemeanor larceny. He was also served warrants for failure to appear on charges of failure to report an accident and failure to maintain lane control. Goins is being held in the County Detention Center with a secured bond of $6,000. February 27th is listed as a court date.
