Alexander County Deputies Arrest Man On Child-Sexual Exploitation Charges

A Bethlehem man with a Hickory address is facing felony child-sexual exploitation charges.

On Saturday, Alexander County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested 37-year-old Jeremy Thomas Nelson.
He’s charged with one felony count of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and a count of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Nelson remains in custody with a bond listed at $250,000. A first court appearance was scheduled for Monday in district court.
