Justin Eugene Elder, age 30, of Taylorsville, was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, January 27th. He’s been charged with felony parole violation and possession of drug paraphernalia. Elder is on parole as the result of a 2024 conviction for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. As of this report, Elder remains in the Alexander County Detention Center.
