The Alexander County Board of Commissioners approved a conditional rezoning request that will bring a 495 unit community of homes and townhomes to Bethlehem.
The parcel is located off Rink Dam Road.
The board voted 4-0 in favor of the proposal. Commissioner Larry Yoder was not present at the meeting.
