The visitors from Olin led by a point after three quarters to see Alexander Central control the final period for the win in Taylorsville.
Meredith Wike led the way for AC with 27 points and 8 rebounds. She hit 6 three-point baskets. Anna Jordan added 10 points as the Lady Cougars improve to 2-0.
Tatum Bradford led North Iredell with 14 points and 9 rebounds. North is now 1-1

The Cougars rolled over North leading by as many as 25 in the 3rd quarter.
Carter Fortner led ACHS with 22 points and 9 rebounds. Chad Lasher pitched in 14. Points in the paint were dominated by Alexander Central 32-14. Cade Kidd led the Raiders with 16.
