Alexander Central And South Caldwell Advance To Tournament Final

Semi Finals

Alexander Central 9 Watauga 0

Taylorsville: Laney Wike and Macy Law combined for a 2-hit shutout and Alexander Central romped over Watauga on Thursday.

Freshman Kyla Hamby went 3-3 with two rbi. One of her hits was a homer. Laney Wike had a pair of runs-batted-in. Kensley Davis went 2-4 with an rbi and Kirstyn Herman was 2 for 3.

The Lady Cougars (18-4) advance to the Tournament Final on Friday against South Caldwell.

Watauga 0 runs-2 hits- 6 errors
Alex Central 9 runs-12 hits-1 error

Semi Final

South Caldwell 16 Ashe County 1

The Tournament Championship game will be played at Central Park in Taylorsville between Alexander Central and South Caldwell. Game time is 7pm.
