Alex. Central JV Football Humbles Hibriten

Lenoir: The Baby Cougars concluded their season with a rout over Hibriten on Hallowwen night.

ACHS gained 495 yards of offense compared to the Panthers 165.

Baby Cougar Connor Walley rushed for 215 yards and 2 touchdowns. Jaquis Parks added 115 and pair of scores. Graham Hoke went 2-2 passing for 57 yards and a pair of td’s. Jacob Hubbard was 1-1 covering 66 yards and a touchdown. Reid Little, Jamarion McCorkle and Jonas Henson all caught scoring passes.

Reid Little led AC with 6 tackles.

With the win, Alexander Central finishes 7-2 and 4-0 in conference play. Next week’s scheduled foe Ashe County, did not return to play following the hurricane in late September.
