Alexander County Sheriff’s Office Searching For Registered Sex-Offender

The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office is asking for information leading to the arrest of 27-year old Moelic Shiquan Lowrance. He’s wanted for failure to report to law enforcement as a registered sex-offender.

Lowrance was convicted in Catawba County for indecent liberties with a minor in 2017. His last known residence was in Alexander County.
