27-year old Chelsy Lynn Combs of Stony Point was arrested by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies on Wednesday and charged with felony larceny of motor vehicle. Combs has been released with a secured bond of $10,000. A Monday appearance is scheduled for Alexander County District Court.
