Taylorsville Woman Jailed Again After Being Released On Bond

The Alexander County Office of Probation and Parole arrested 37-year old Laura Christina Dayton of Taylorsville on Sunday for felony violation of her probation. Dayton is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $22,000.

Dayton was arrested on May 9th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies on charges of simple assault and interfering with emergency communications. Her next court date is set for June 7th.
