Carla Elizabeth Miller, age 29 of Greeneville Tennessee, was arrested Friday by Tayorsville Police and charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle and felony common law robbery. Miller was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $20,000. A court appearance is scheduled for Monday in Alexander County District Court.
