Whittany Renaye Bennett, age 34 of Hiddenite, was arrested on Thursday by Taylorsville Police. She is charged with felony possession of schedule I controlled substance, felony possession of controlled substance on jail premises and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bennett is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center with a listed court date for Monday, May 6th.
