Woman Jailed In Alexander County

30-year old Megan Elizabeth Johnson was placed in custody on Tuesday on a pair of failure to appear warrants. She is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $18,300 and has a court date set for May 16th in Taylorsville.

Johnson has pending charges in Alexander County that include multiple counts of felony obtaining property by false pretense, misdemeanor larceny and series of traffic related offenses that include driving with license revoke.

In Iredell County, Johnson is awaiting trial for felony possession of methamphetamine.
