37-year old Sara Noel Davis of Talorsville was arrested Sunday by Taylorsvile Police and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer. As of earlier today she remained in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond set at $5,000. October 31st is listed as a court date.
