A Statesville woman died in an fire this morning.
The Wayside Volunteer Fire Department responded to a mobile home on South Greenbriar Road shortly after 10 a.m. A woman was found in the mobile home residence according to the Iredell County Fire Marshall’s Office.
The investigation into the cause of the blaze is under investigation.
