Raven Checole Diggs, age 26 of Badin, N.C., was arrested Monday morning by Catawba County Sheriff’s Deputies. She is charged with felony discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling or motor vehicle. She was also charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon-inflicting serious injury. She is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $50,000. A court appearance is scheduled for today in Newton.
