Woman Charged With Drug Trafficking In Catawba County

The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman early Thursday morning and charged her with felony drug offenses.

35-year old Casey Renee Blackwell is charged with felony trafficking in opium or heroin, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance. Blackwell is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $30,000.
