36-year old Kathleen Elizabeth Charnigo was arrested on Monday by Deputies with the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She was charged with simple assault and vandalism with damage to personal property. Charnigo has been released from custody with a bond of $2,000. Her court date is scheduled for December 13th in Taylorsville.
