Jessica Byers Bell, age 41, is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center after her arrest on Tuesday for felony probation violation. She is also awaiting trial on a felony possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine charge in Wilkes County. Bell is under a secured bond of $60,000. A May 5th court date is scheduled in Wilkes County.
