A man and woman from Wilkes County are facing felony drug charges after being arrested in Caldwell County. 34-year-old April Renee Hicks and 38-year-old Roger Mack Royal, both from Wilkesboro, were charged Tuesday by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office. Both are charged with felony trafficking in methamphetamine. Hicks and Royal were both placed in the Caldwell Detention Center under $75,000 secured bonds.
