28-year-old Joshua Steven Galloway of Greenfield Place in Boomer was arrested by Lenoir Police on Thursday, February 17th. He’s charged with felony counts of second-degree burglary and breaking & entering a motor vehicle. Galloway was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $75,000, secured. An appearance in District Court is scheduled for today in Lenoir.
