Wilkes County Man Busted For Trafficking Meth By Ashe County Sheriff’s Office

A Wilkes County man is being held under a $1 million secured bond after being arrested in Ashe County and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and other drug offenses. 

According to Ashe County Sheriff B. Phil Howell, Yohond Curtis McKeithan, 51, of Boomer was charged with:

Six counts of trafficking methamphetamine (28-200 grams)

Two counts trafficking in methamphetamine, (200-400 grams)

Conspiracy to sell methamphetamine

Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver methamphetamine
