Joshua Ellis Treadway, age 24 of Union Grove was arrested Tuesday and served an arrest warrant for failure to appear. He missed a court date on charges filed on September 6th by Taylorsville Police. Treadway was then charged with misdemeanor larceny, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. As of earlier today, Treadway remained in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond set at $45,000. A Monday, February 20th court date is scheduled in Taylorsville.
