Taylorsville Man Charged For Probation Violation

Dustin Michael Bivens, age 35 of Taylorsville, was arrested by Alexander County Probation and Parole Officers on Thursday, June 26th for felony probation violation out-of-county. Bivens is no longer listed as an inmate in the Alexander County Jail.

Bivens has a 2022 conviction in Surry County for felony possession of schedule I controlled substance. He is serving a 36 month suspended sentence.
