Two Men Charged At Alexander County Checkpoint

Two men are facing drug charges after being arrested during a checkpoint Tuesday morning. Taken into custody by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office

52-year old Gregory Allen Daniels of Taylorsville is charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond of $5,000.

27-year old Justin Ray Morton of Hickory is charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond of $5,000.
