Michael Allen Horne- Brittany Correll Greene
The victim in this case is Scott Davis, who lived in Johnson County Tennessee. 23-year-old Michael Allen Horne and 36-year-old Brittany Correll Greene are being held in the Horry County Detention Center in Myrtle Beach after being taken into custody July 30.
Horne is charged with possession, concealment, sale or disposal of a stolen vehicle valued at $2,000 or less, being a fugitive from justice, and identity fraud allegedly committed to obtain employment or avoid detection by law enforcement. Greene is charged with being a fugitive from justice and possession of less than one gram of ice, crank or crack cocaine.
According to court records, witnesses say that Horne and Greene were seen with the victim at his Tennessee home. A residence on Old Johns River Road in the Caldwell County community of Collettsville was searched in connection to this case. Burnt debris from a fire pit was seized on August 4. A witness told police that the items were burnt in an effort to destroy evidence connected to the death of Scott Davis. No other details were available regarding the burnt items. There has been no murder charge filed in this case.
Horne and Greene were placed in jail without bond in the Horry County Detention Center as they await extradition to Tennessee.
