Samuel Ray Lear, 45 of Taylorsville, was arrested after a traffic stop by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office during the evening hours of Friday, June 27th. Lear was initially charged with driving with license revoked. He was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine leading to a felony charge. Lear is no longer listed in custody after making a Monday court appearance.
