The Town of Taylorsville is in the process of converting to a new software system. The new system will go live on November 3rd, 2025.
The bills for the month of November are still due on November 20th as normal.
Beginning on November 3rd, all credit/debit card transactions in office and online will be subject to a transaction fee. Cash and check payments will not be subject to a fee.
We will now be able to offer an in-office bank draft. There will be no fee with this new feature. To sign up you will need to sign an authorization form and bring a voided check associated with the account you’d like the bill to be debited from to Town Hall. Payments will be debited on the 20th of each month.
Beginning with your December bill, all existing bill pay services through Invoice Cloud will no longer work. You will need to reestablish those services through our new portal, BMS Pay. You will not be able to set up your new account until December 1st. The new portal will be accessible through the Town’s website, www.taylorsvillenc.com, under the Online Payments tab.
