A 17-year old male was shot on Tuesday at a location on First Street SW in Hickory.
The teen is said to be in stable condition after being airlifted to a regional medical facility. The name of the victim has not been released and has been described as a black male.
The Hickory Police Department is investigating and indicate there might have multiple shooters involved.
