19-year old Yovani Chavez-Mejia of Taylorsville was arrested on Wednesday by Taylorsville Police and charged with injury to personal property and disorderly conduct on school property. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $1,500. A November 1st court date is scheduled.
