A Hickory teen is facing charges following his morning arrest. 19-year old Khalil Sincere Rhynhart was charged with breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering by Hickory Police. Rhynhart is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $10,000.
